Peanut Butter and Nutella. This is a very European dish. So, for those of you who are not as cultured as I am I will break it down for you. Nutella is a Hazelnut Chocolate spread developed in Italy, but now can be found all over the world. It is usually used on toast, but can used in a number of different ways. I don’t want to say that I have invented the PB & N sandwich because that may be a bit too much. But, I did introduce it to a number of people, and now I am introducing it to the world. Now, when contructing the PB & N the ratio of PB to N is 2-1. This is vital to making the sandwich perform at its optimal level. Also, make sure you add the N to the other slice of bread, otherwise its hard to spread. Also, N is very temperamental, if it is stored in cold temperatures it is very hard and difficult to spread so make sure it is stored at room temperature for at least 10-15 minutes before the spreading can commence. PB & N, its like eating a Reese’s Peanut Butter cup for lunch.
